Refund policy

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@hypejersey.store.

After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. However, you can still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

ALL RETURNS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we take full responsibility and will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a request.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Customer Satisfaction Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order. In this case, you are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address provided. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund accordingly.

14-Day Cancellation Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@hypejersey.store.
